Shamaail Tirmidhi
Years, Decades, Centuries...time had passed
Young, All, Old...were lost in the past
Vice, Evil, Sin...had spread so fast
A Messenger, Prophet, Saviour...was born at last
Rabi'ul-Awwal is the most significant month in the Islamic history, because humanity has been blessed in this month by the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam. Before the birth of the Holy Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, not only the Arabian peninsula, but also the so-called civilized nations of Rome and Persia were drowned in the darkness of ignorance, superstitions, oppression and unrest.
History has no record of a person’s complete life entirely, from morning to night, as detailed about the best of mankind and creation, Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). His every action and move has been recorded with utmost precision and extreme caution. Records of his life did not only begin after attaining Nubuwwah, but long before that, from childhood, nay, even before his mubarak birth, when he was in the womb of his mother, Aaminah (RA).
To know Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is more important than even knowing ourselves. Allah Ta'ala declares: "The Nabi is closer to the Believers than their souls..." (Surah Ahzaab Verse 6).
This is the fourth month of the Islamic Calendar.
The meaning of the word Rabi-Ul-Akhir:- The second month of spring.

Aisha radiyallahu anha relates that the speech of Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam was not quick and continuous as that of yours. He spoke clearly, word for word. A person sitting in his company remembered what he said.
A sweet fragrance naturally emitted from the mubaarak body of Sayyidina Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam, as though he did not use itr.
Hadith Number 1
Jaabir bin Samura radiyallahu anhu reports, "I observed Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam lean on a pillow which was on his left side ".
The fruits that were eaten by Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam are mentioned here. Seven ahaadith are mentioned in this chapter.

When Allah had purified the Ka'bah from desecration and the idols were destroyed, the Muslims yearned to perform hajj again. The mission of the Messenger (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah was also nearing completion and it was necessary for him to bid farewell to his loving Companions. So Allah gave permission to His Messenger (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) to take them for hajj. It was the first hajj for him since he began his mission.
10 years after his migration from Mecca to Medina, the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) performed his Hajj, which came to be known as the "Hajj of Farewell." The Prophet told his followers: "Learn how to perform Hajj, as after this year I may not perform it." As the news spread around, people from Medina and nearby areas started assembling there to accompany the Prophet.
The Foundation of the Prophet(saw)’s Mosque was Laid on Piety
Prophet(saw)’s mosque is one of those mosques whose foundation was laid on piety. This is described in the Qur’an and Hadith. Allah Ta’ala states in al-Tawbah 108:
‘Verily, the mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety is more worthy that you stand therein (to pray). In it are men who love to clean and to purify themselves. And Allah loves those who make themselves clean and pure.’
