Q: What parts of Halal animals are forbidden for consumption?

A: According to the Hanafi Mazhab, the following 7 items from a Halal animal are impermissible for consumption:

1. Testicles
2. Male genitals
3. Female genitals
4. Glands – Some Ulama have stated that this refers specifically to the glands around the urinary system and some have stated that it refers to the prostate gland.
5. Bladder
6. Gall bladder
7. Flowing blood
