Saying “Jumuah Mubarak” is not a Sunnah or practice and is not found from among the noble practices of the our pious scholars of the past.
However, greeting someone with the words “Jumuah Mubarak” on a Friday is permissible considering that it is a form of dua for one to be blessed on the day of Jumuah. The condition is this practice should not be regarded as a Sunnah nor something that is compulsory on a Friday. Also, it should not be such that this greeting replaces the Sunnah greeting of salaam that has been prescribed in the Quran and Hadith.
And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
Was Salaam
