Q: I would like to find out if a mother changes her child's nappy who is a year old and eats solids, is her wudhu valid or void?

A:

Wudhu does not break by changing a child’s napkin. Yes, if impurity had soiled the mothers’ garments or body then the soiled area should be thoroughly washed.
