A: Islam has not prescribed any specific Dua, fast or Ibadat (worship) for Laylatul Meraj. The Meraj was indeed a miraculous event with many incidents occurring during this journey of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) to the heavens. Muslims should use this opportunity to reflect on the favours of Jannah and the severity of Jahannam and endeavour to reform our lives in conformity with the Sunnah.
