Darul Ihsan Centre extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, colleagues and the South African government on the tragic and untimely deaths of Public Service Minister Collins Chabane and his two bodyguards - Sergeant Lesiba Sekele and Sergeant Lawrence Lentsoane.

Once again, the horrific accident highlights the need for tougher traffic control laws and their absolute implementation by the authorities to dramatically decrease – if not, eliminate – the possibility of more fatalities on our roads.
