Some years ago, a world renowned scholar, Maulana Abdullah Kapodri Saheb - on one of his visits to South Africa - advised the Ulama and Muslim organisations to embark on a strategy of making Dawah more user-friendly and approachable to the ‘larger community.’

As part of the strategy Maulana suggested that Dawah can be conveyed by preparing and publishing the ‘message of truth’ and ‘general advices’ - which are common to all religions - (without making references to ‘Muslim’ and/or ‘Islam’) for distribution to the ‘larger community.’

Maulana added that these publications can be widely circulated by placing them in literature racks or holders at businesses, bus terminals, stations, airports, etc.

This Dawah campaign will be facilitated through the ‘Islamic Information Centre,’ Insha Allah.
