The 2012 ‘Sponsor a Blanket’ winter project of Darul Ihsan Centre - now in its fourth year - has come to an end. Alhamdulillah, this year a total of 5,155 blankets were distributed locally and nationally.

Most of the blankets were distributed widely in KwaZulu-Natal with a fair number sent to Cape Town and Bloemfontein.

The focus of the distribution was on needy areas and places which experienced extreme cold conditions.
