On Monday, 18 November, a total of 370 meals were handed out to residents in the Bernard Road Informal Settlement. On Tuesday, 370 meals were distributed to the M19 Quarry Road East Informal Settlement and Inanda.

On Wednesday, 370 meals were distributed to residents in Inanda and B5, Newlands. And lastly, on Thursday, the team handed out 480 hot meals to the Boxwood Informal Settlement residents, as well as 400 in Lamontville.

Feed the Needy - a Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre initiative - has diligently served impoverished communities for almost 20 years. With the generous help of the community and volunteers, the team continues to provide hot meals to those in need weekly.
