DURBAN: The Zethembe Disable People Organisation received a laptop from Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre this week as part of the organisation’s outreach initiatives.
The Inanda-based NPO (Non-Profit organisation) required a computer to help with their clerical work and made the request to help ease their administrative burden.
Darul Ihsan responded by providing a machine that the Zethembe will now use to store all its important documentation, send letters via e-mail and conduct other organisational tasks.
“We are very happy that Darul Ihsan responded to our plea for help by furnishing us with a laptop,” Lindokuhle Mkhize, the Zethembe chairperson said. “This is a crucial tool for us and it helps all those that are fall under our umbrella.
“We would therefore like to send our appreciation to you for this gesture.”
These outreaches at Darul Ihsan are made possible through the generous contributions and ongoing support of the Muslim community. If you would like to be part of the initiative and contribute, please contact us on 031 5777868 or donate online via the website www.darulihsan.com.
