Covid-19 has brought about a financial crisis

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in dire circumstances for mankind. Mnay breadwinners have succumbed to the virus and in many countries it has precipitated the downturn of their economies resulting in massive unemployment and loss of income for millions of families. This has further impacted on individuals and families with poverty, instability, insecurity, social issues, etc.

The Welfare Department of Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre is consequently experiencing a huge surge in the number of people – even communities - requiring assistance.

During these difficult and trying times, the Welfare Department is – within its resources – doing its level best to assist the growing number of individuals, families and communities affected by the pandemic.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, the Welfare Department of Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre has – through the continued support of its generous, benevolent and noble Muslim donor community – been able to extend welfare support to many individuals, families – even communities – affected by the circumstances resultant of the pandemic.

May Allah Ta’ala reward all for their contributions to assist humanity and help us to overcome our difficulties, remove our pain and suffering.
