A: One should not lease one’s premises to a bottle store. If one had leased it to such a tenant then the rental should be given out in charity without the intention of reward. However if one had purchased a property with an existing lease with such a tenant then one should try and immediately terminate the lease. If this is not possible then one should not renew the lease.
