‘A Muslim is a brother to a Muslim’

A Muslim, whoever he/she may be in whatever position or rank as seen in this world, is in the sight of Allah Ta’ala worth more than this world and its contents.

‘A Muslim is a brother to a Muslim’Abdullah bin Umar (RA) heard Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) saying; “A Muslim is a brother to a Muslim, he is not unjust to him, nor does he hurt his brother. He who assists his brother at the time of need Allah Ta’ala will assist him; and he who removes a difficulty of his brother then Allah will compensate that person on the Day of judgement by removing that persons difficulties; and whomsoever hides the fault of another person then Allah will hide the faults of that person on the Day of Qiyamah.” (Bayhaqi)

This Hadith discusses a wide range of dealings between Muslims. Aiding one another is imperative in order to achieve the love of Allah Ta’ala.

A Muslim, whoever he/she may be in whatever position or rank as seen in this world, is in the sight of Allah Ta’ala worth more than this world and its contents.

Just as our entire body will feel the pain if one limb is injured or hurt, likewise the Muslim Ummah will feel the pain even if a singular Muslim is in pain or difficulty.
