The Welfare Department of Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre and the Darul Ihsan Bursary Fund (DIBF) assists would-be entrepreneurs and students - when possible - with basic PC’s, laptops, communication devices, etc. as a means of empowerment and education.

The use of PC’s, laptops, communication devices, etc. for online enterprise and education - while already essential – has seen a dramatic growth due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both the Welfare Department and the Bursary Fund has assisted in supplying such devices to those who could ill afford them in order to further their careers.
