South Africans celebrate their culture and the diversity of their beliefs and traditions, in the wider context of a nation that belongs to all its people. On Thursday, 24 September 2020, observed as Heritage Day, Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre Relief Team provided hot meals and face masks to all residents at the Ezikrembeni informal settlement, Quarry Road East, Durban.
Members of the Relief Team adhered to Covid protocols and distributed the hot-packed meals and masks to 300 residents at the informal settlement. Settlement members Ms Patricia Ngubelanga, Ms Lungi Dhlamini and Mr Zuma Mkhize helped facilitate the distribution and thanked the Relief Team for remembering them on Heritage Day.
These outreaches are made possible through the generous contributions and ongoing support of the Muslim community.
Everything in this marriage that is wrong is me and directed as my fault.
