Our Mission
The Al Ihsan Skills Academy (AISA), established under the DHC umbrella, is devoted to nurturing self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods through tailored skills-development programmes. الحمد لله رب العالمين, many individuals have completed our courses and gone on to secure employment or launch their own enterprises — becoming assets to the broader community.
The Clinic Day aims to provide general health checks and treatment for those who are unable to commute to, access or afford such services in their respective areas. Caregivers volunteer their services for the Clinic Day by fielding the programme in an accessible area. A well-stocked dispensary is set up for administering medication to patients. Patients are mainly senior citizens and pensioners.
International humanitarian relief is provided abroad in countries where need arises. AIR has successfully completed eight relief missions in Lebanon and Turkey in aid of the innocent Syrian civilians caught up in the conflict. Relief aid was also conducted in Malawi in 2016.
Addiction to drugs and substance abuse is having a devastating impact on our society. Drugs have become a menace and a destroyer of lives in the modern world.
