A MUNICIPAL employee was apprehended by the Durban Metro Drug Task Team for dealing in heroin on 21 March. The Parks, Recreation and Culture (PRC) Unit employee was arrested for dealing in drugs and appeared in court on 25 March where they were granted bail.
