I refer to the lighthouse draped with the condom. The idea was well short of any wisdom whatsoever.
The “condom” marketing driven by the government by dishing out so many millions of condoms was indeed an error.

Media Response - Blair's secrets revealed

The Daily News

I have been grappling with this daunting question of why only after a statesman or country's leader is out of office does some of the facts and truth begin to surface. I am specifically referring to the article,”Blair’s war plan secret revealed”

Media Response - Bull Killing

bull killingThe Daily News
The bull debate rages on and the court reserves judgment while the judge has to be sensitive to the custom of the Zulu people.

The killing of Palestinian activist Mahmoud al-Mabhouh on January 19, 2010 was clearly a well-planned, violent and sadistic act, committed by Israeli assassins in the supposed safety of a sovereign country.

Once again, for the umpteenth time crime is in the spotlight - this is with

reference to 2010. I must complement Barbera Cole for having chosen an

appropriate title, 'Crime a potential spoiler for 2010' in her article dated
07 August 2007.

All South Africans with the exception of those in government admit to the
high crime rate. It appears that our government is blind to the violent crimes committed on its citizens.

The problem could simply be sorted out by government admission to the
uncontrollable situation; and thereafter taking the necessary steps to curb
violent crimes.

It appears the only thing that could really wake the government into
speedily doing something is the 2010 games. Whilst there is some movement in
road construction, clean-up operations, etc. let this also become part of the way forward, albeit very urgently.

stop rapeThe 'barbaric rape of a frail 92 year granny' in Isipingo is shocking news. A 29-year-old male suspect, who has been arrested, is a neighbour of the victim.
A 'neighbour' is expected to have due respect for the elderly and should offer a degree of  'protection and safety' for them.
