The front page article “Call for calm over explosives,” Daily News, Monday July 9 2018 refers.
The recent discovery of “potentially explosive improvised devices” – particularly in public places – in KwaZulu-Natal has definitely planted fear and insecurity amongst our people.

This situation portends a very dangerous scenario in our country and needs to be addressed.
There should be no tolerance in our democracy for such crimes.
