Many of our indigent brothers and sisters are severely affected by the lockdown. With the advent of the month of Ramadan in lockdown, it has become even more difficult. Looking at this dire situation,
Darul Ihsan embarked on a daily Iftar project, so that those that are fasting could have something to break their fast with.
Daily, approximately 550 Iftar meals are provided in the following areas:
Bakerville, Inanda, Kenville, Lindelani, Malagazi, Newlands Puntans Hills and Westrich.
As part of our Lockdown Relief Effort, Darul Ihsan has been actively distributing much needed aid, in the form of daily serving of meals for the homeless, grocery hampers accross the province, blanket distributions and distribution of many thousands of kilograms of dates across the country.
May Allah Ta'ala bless and reward our donors and supporters abundantly in both worlds. We once again make a humble appeal for your ongoing contribution towards these and other projects. Jazakallah khair
